CareAI Emergency Statement (Official)

CareAI is not a medical device and does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In any situation where you believe there is a risk of harm, danger, or a medical emergency, you must immediately contact your local emergency services.

Emergency Numbers in Saudi Arabia:

  • Medical Emergency (Ambulance): 997

  • Unified Emergency Number: 911

If the senior user becomes unresponsive or reports symptoms that indicate an emergency (such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or sudden confusion), caregivers and family members should call emergency services without delay.

CareAI will:

  • Provide reminders and supportive guidance

  • Notify linked caregivers when configured

  • Offer non-medical suggestions based on user input and behavior

CareAI will NOT:

  • Diagnose medical conditions

  • Replace a doctor, nurse, or caregiver

  • Provide certified medical interpretation of symptoms

  • Guarantee emergency response or detection
